Revised Product Description: These sleek refueling valves, crafted from solid aluminum with colored anodization, facilitate clean refueling of your model without the risk of fuel backflow.
Previously, it was a nuisance when liquid flowed back and dirtied the model upon disconnecting the hose. With Emcotec Tank Valves, this is now a thing of the past. The refueling process is remarkably simple: the refueling nozzle (plastic tube) is pressed into the tank valve, releasing a check valve, allowing fuel to flow freely. After refueling, the refueling nozzle is disconnected, and the valve automatically closes, ensuring a tight seal.
The refueling valves are suitable for both filling and emptying the tank. Due to the high-quality materials used (aluminum, stainless steel, Viton), they can handle all common modeling fluids (gasoline, smoke oil, methanol, kerosene, petroleum, diesel, and even water).
The premium craftsmanship and elegant appearance enhance the aesthetic of any model.
Note: In jets with multiple tanks (hopper tank), air may be drawn in due to the resulting vacuum. In such cases, a ball shut-off valve can be spliced into the tank line, ensuring secure closure.
The weight is approximately 16 grams, with dimensions of 29 x 38 mm (diameter x length).
The delivery includes a refueling nozzle (PTFE tube), 6 self-tapping screws, counterflange, Emcotec 3D sticker, and a quick guide.
