The pultruded CFK profile is made of HT carbon fibres and epoxy resin.

Features:

Fiber volume percentage: > 55%
Heat deflection temperature: approx. 120 °C

Tolerances:
The tolerances for the inner and outer diameter are small and are usually, depending on the diameter, between 0.1 mm and max. 0.2 mm.
The tolerance for straightness is mainly less than 1 mm per 1 meter length.

Please note:
If a profile is to be bonded, the surface in question must be ground and cleaned with acetone, as release agent residues remain on the surface during production.
