The Original
The original Hilux is probably the most famous of all pickups. Whether in the rainforests of Southeast Asia, in the deserts of Africa, in the river basins of South America or in war zones in the Middle East - the Hilux can be found everywhere in the world thanks to its robust construction. The pickup is considered virtually indestructible. For example, a 13-year-old Hilux in the TV series TopGear was challenged by a wide variety of obstacles over 300,000 kilometers. It survived tree falls, sea crossings, a burning cockpit and in the end it was placed on top of a 73 meter high building which was blown up. Out of the rubble, the Hilux could still be launched. This experiment once again underlined the durability, quality and reliability of this exceptional pickup.

The Hilux from FMS features numerous scale details that breathe life into the RC pickup. From the classic yellow body paint with sport stripes to the rearview mirror, from the realistic interior, center console and steering wheel to the opening tailgate and ribbed cargo area, the Hilux looks like the "real thing." The spacious cargo area also makes it possible to experiment with different loads to make the Hilux look even more "real". Tires and wheels are molded in a soft all-terrain tread for high-grip operation on any terrain, just like the real truck.
Multifunctional lighting
The Hilux features a multifunctional lighting system. Headlights, turn signals and reverse lights, provide an authentic look even at dusk.
