The Vought F4U Corsair is one of the most famous icons of the Second World War and the Korean War. The Corsair is known for its impusant speed, high rate of climb and firepower.

Powerful propulsion
The brand new 1700mm F4U Corsair V3 from FMS is powered by a 6S drive system, a Hobbywing 80A regulator, a 5060 motor and an 11x18 4-blade propeller. In addition to brute performance, trainer-like low-speed flight characteristics make the Corsair one of the easiest to fly warbirds on the market.

Built-in electronics
The model is made of EPO hard foam and comes with fully installed electronics ready to fly out of the box. Motor, controller, servos for ailerons, rudder and elevator as well as the landing flaps and the retractable landing gear are pre-installed. All that is needed is a suitable battery and the remote control system.

Like the original
The F4U Corsair from FMS comes with numerous scale details such as dummy rockets, tanks, aerials, exhausts, pilot figure and many other scale details that make the aircraft look like the original. A rotating retractable landing gear, landing flaps, slowly retracting landing gear flaps and landing lights give a realistic flight feeling. The shock-absorbing metal landing gear with large wheels not only looks good, but also makes take-offs and landings on unpaved runways possible.
